Had a bit of luck today. A old over grown field loaded with alders was recently cleared for development. My time will be short there but I can get another trip in I think before it’s all filled in. For the couple hours I had so far there was plenty of signals to dig. The best of the bunch was a complete cap gun, a gilt dandy button, a gold filled ring and a 1914 US barber quarter. I’m hoping to pull something real old and nice out of there next time. After getting two dandy buttons, a George ii copper half penny that I barely made out and muskets balls it’s a real good sign. Thanks for looking and also that big gold filled ring almost gave me a heart attack when it first popped out! [emoji2][emoji106]
