I have been fighting a terrible cold and working a lot of OT and missing all of the Fall hunts in Indiana. Finally, got out today and had a great hunt. I found two crotal bells, my first lead soldier, four Indians, and this cool button. I made the comment when I found it that it a favorite. I didn't have any inkling of what it was, other than a neat button. Buddy says it is an 1840, William Henry Harrison, campaign button. Pretty neat to find something that old at a house site in Indiana. Thinking I saved a lot of luck up for this hunt. Hopefully, we have a few more good weekends before Winter shuts us down.
