# 1&2 found at the same site; same day only a few feet from each other (wish that happened more often)

#3&4 found at the same site, different days about a half a mile apart from each other.

Reminds of the finds that member Americus used to post he hunted your area. Are you hunting peanut fields? Nice pieces.

In that area yes and some corn; in South Georgia the fields change from cotton, watermelon, peanut and corn. I've noticed they grow whatever whenever.
 

Watermelon and tobacco fields accounted for the few points I have from south Georgia. Wish I could get back to a few of those. Nice finds Mike!

Same here with most of mine, over the years alot of my areas there became hunting clubs and/or hunting properties.
 

If near Early county there are some nice Kolomoki places along the river. I had a friend with a large collection from there. They gifted me a few pieces,,,, they had some really nice ones.

Ever run across an old rock hound named Jeff Foxworthy out your way? Hes a funny dude.

I know about the Kolomoki mounds, I went a few times when I was a kid, I've been meaning to go back, I've found a few in Early County. Really nice material there.
