Been there; done that. The straight line is a runway capable of landing C-5s. When I was there the small island was unoccupied; the larger island had a small contingent of Navy personnel (without a boat!) and the rest of the island was an R and R retreat for "Company" families. We 'worked' on the small island and in the water on its north side. Many remnants of vessels but found no 'goodies'.
