t2 and saltwater beach

Im going to the beach in a couple of weeks ,has anyone had any luck with the T2 SE in the wet sand

Barry I have had some luck from time to time. Sometimes it works ok and sometimes I have had to manually gb it to get it to quiet down. It certainly doesn't like these conditions but it is possible

It does fairly well on the beach. Check out your manual and it will tell how to set it up for saltwater beaches. First trip out on the beach with mine this past winter, I found a bunch of change, some fishing sinkers and a nice 10k masonic ring! I guess I was just lucky that day.
