TDI BH And Surf PI DF

I have Surf PI DF that I has been great, though I’m thinking of upgrading to a TDI BH to take advantage of its advanced features. Can anyone here tell me:

1. Is the TDI less chatty than the Surf PI?

2. Is the TDI coil less buoyant than the Surf PI coil?
