Teknetics Eurotek Pro vs Whites TreasureMaster

I am thinking of jumping head first into the hobby and I am trying to figure out what machine to purchase. i have narrowed it down to 2 MD the Whites TreasureMaster and the Teknetics EuroTek Pro. i live in south Florida and would use it on the beach the most. which of the two is best for me or if the is a better MD i have a budget of $300. thanks.

Eurotek Pro is a great unit. You really need a machine with GB or at least get the DD coil version for saltwater but for dry sanding the ETP will be excellent

Good Luck, I don;t believe either of your choisces will be good for wet sand. They should do fine in the dry sand though. You will need to have more cash if you want to detect in the ocean water.

Maybe the Bounty Hunter Land Ranger Pro or Fisher F44. Both have ground balance.

If you want to hunt a Saltwater beach in the WET sand and water, you'll need a Multi-frequency, or Pulse Induction machine. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
