Telepossession Law

OK the term Finders Keepers is a law and we use the term for our company name to, but this FK is about the law and how we hope to make a new law were Ground Radar is used to give possession. In the law Finder Keeper one has to have possession of a lost object or treasure to file a claim. In the law of Telepossession you can take a picture of a treasure under water and file a claim so why can't we use Ground Radar to take a picture of objects under ground and file a claim// This is part of what we are about . We want to have a new law made so others don't have to go through what we are going through.

The Finder Keeper law says you have to have possession of the object in order to file a claim for it. At one of our sites the government will not allow us to file a claim and they say we did not prove gold or silver so no digging will be done. DCNR does not accept readings from any kind of metal detector. We had Ground Radar , 3 Long Range Locator's, a GPL and a Two Box detector on site and they all showed gold and silver but DCNR said No Go. The law says we have to have possession so DCNR wants us to show them 1/2 lb of gold or silver before someone can dig. DCNR said that anyone can place gold in a hole and fake a site and then DCNR brings in the people to dig and there is a lot of cost involved so they want us to show them 1/2 lb of gold and if we fake the site they keep the gold. So this what we have to do and we agree with them.
