As I was coming into work today I saw this sky and just had to stop and take a picture of it. Thought I'd share it with you.

I would have had to stop myself. Love that picture, the colors are wonderful. Great job Wes!

I would have stopped to. Just think it happens everyday, and most people take it for granted. Great pic and thanks for posting it.

We've had 3 sun rises in a row with colors like that. Thought about stopping and taking more pics but decided this one was good enough ;D

Beautiful way to start the day.

Fossis................

Yes it is Fossis.

I normally try to avoid religious references as it sometimes creates controversy but a friend of mine would often say when there was a beautiful sunrise or sunset " Just take a look at that view and tell me there's no God"

If you believe in God or a Supreme Being you'd have to agree with his statement.

Amen! :D

A few years back I was helping a neighbor work on his driveway. One of my sons was there along with a guy that is a little "overly religious"; you know the type. Anyway, it was becoming a beautiful sunset, much like the one in your pic. This guy looked at my son and started talking about God and his creations. He went on and on and finally asked my son if he was enjoying the sunset God had created for him. My son paused, looked at the sunset for a few seconds and finally turned to the guy and said, "Well, he's no Rembrandt".
