Tesoro repair time?

Anyone know how long it takes to get a repair done by Tesoro?I know it boils down to how many they already have but just trying to get a ballpark time frame.

I've sent my Tiger Shark in a couple of times, and got it back within 3 weeks.

I sent my Sidewinder in roughly 18 months ago and had it back within two weeks. Plus Rusty gave me a call to tell me what what they found in addition to the problem I reported.
