Just wanted to give a shout to Bart and thank him for helping me with a Minelab issue a few weeks ago.

I had my E-Trac for just under a month and it quit operating, requiring a warranty replacement through Minelab. Unfortunately, Minelab had run out of stock of E-Tracs and informed me that they did not know when they would be able to send me a new machine!

I called Bart and asked him for help with the issue with Minelab. Bart was true to his word and made some calls to Minelab. The next day, Jeff from Minelab customer service called me and offered a solution to the issue.

Within a week a few days I had my new replacement E-Trac and I was back in the field swinging away. I would like to thank Bart for his excellent customer service in resolving a Minelab issue.

Love that pic BTW! I wish I was there hunting with you. Looks like a good spot!
