My favourite Beatles album, and one of those albums that you just have to play all the way through rather than listen to as individual tracks.

Unfortunately, what you have is just an assembly of pictures put together as a fan tribute/souvenir. It's not limited edition and, without the actual album or its cover, with no autographs or any original piece of memorabilia included, doesn't have any real collector value. Here's a similar one on fleabay at $28.99 but I wouldn't even pay that for it:
