I'm still bitter about the "snickers" thing though! It's a Marathon :(

:laughing7: :laughing7:

Re: Snickers/Marathon. Years ago, in the States, we had both a Snickers bar and a Marathon bar. The Marathon bar was a thick "string" of caramel that zigzagged with strips along the sides and covered in milk chocolate, It was a long flat candy bar. Cadbury now makes the Curly Wurly which is the same (or nearly) as the original Marathon.

Great, my mouth is watering just typing this.

Mine too, and the shops shut!

I never new the Curly Wurly was called a Marathon :icon_scratch:

These "candygrams" are a lot of fun to make as a gift. Once you start putting together a personal message for someone, it kinda takes off. always funny.

If I ever reach an age where my own demise is known I wish I can eat M&Ms for my final meals.

Nowheels, ::) Thanks for looking

DigginThePast Yup, It was good, wasn't it? I haven't seen one of those 'Curly Wurly' bars yet. But I haven't paid
much attention to candy bars for a long time. Thanks for such an informative answer.
