Guys spoke to an older fella today while detecting & he caught my interest.
Hes claiming there is a hoard of gold/silver along a creek in Clearfield/Jefferson County,Im not sure of the spelling (Deniack maybe) just wondering if anybody has ever heard of this as ive searched the net & come up empty

Did you follow up on this lead. I grew up in Jefferson county but don't know of the stream you are speaking of. Could it be the old Indian name for the stream?
