I posted this in Today’s Finds, but wanted to share this find in particular with my fellow Deus users. I was running my 12 kHz coin program on my new 9 inch X35 coil. The program parameters are as follows; sensitivity 92, full tones, 0 disc, reactivity 2, silencer -1, iron volume 1, audio response 4, ground balance 90. I was working a cellar hole site and got a solid 66. The target sounded small and clean so I dug fully expecting a button. Needless to say that I was shocked at seeing this little beauty down in the hole!

The trime was a good 6 inches down, and my 12 kHz coin program smacked this 1852 trime so hard that by the time it woke up it was 2019! I can’t wait to go back to this site!

Dang buddy! Congrats on that little beauty!

An easy coin to lose and a hard coin to find. Congrats on the find!

It seems to me that 30-40 years ago I never heard about trimes being found with the tech of the day. I never found one. Now there are several in a day here on tnet. Certainly appears today's better technology is bringing more of these out of their hiding places.

There’s a section of this site that is a nail filled mess. I tried pitch at 25 kHz and found a buckle. It looks like I’ll have to take DISC up to 10 in order to work this section of the site. Do you ever run pitch at a lower frequency such as 12 kHz (14 kHz on an HF coil) or do you cut over to 5 tones at this point? Just curious, then again I should probably try pitch for more than 17 minutes before asking questions ;-)

Most recently I have had good success using Deep with pitch audio at 14 khz and reactivity 2 for deep searching and then switch over the Deus Fast at 28 khz at 2.5 or 3 reactivity when in nail infested or trashy areas. (9" round coil)

Very nice find. Congratulations!

Awesome find!!!

exactly what we hunt for, the elusive Trime! Awesome tinyness!

That is an Awesome find.
Wish I had those cellar holes to hunt out here.
Congrats
