Located at 6900 ft in the Tintic District, east Tintic Mts of Juab County, Utah & very remote. Access is very difficult with a rough 4X4 road only. It is primarily a kaolin mine ( Halloysite Clay ) used in the treatment of diarrhea. It is also a past producer of gold & iron. The mine was shuttered in 1974. It is a rough trip up to the site but worth it in The End if you get my drift. PS : This is meant to be humorous.
