Wouldn't make sense to get a 5,000 tax credit from the government for buying gm, ford, chrysler car. Then for evey car that sells GM, ford, chysler can reinburst back 5,000 back to the government for every car sold? Take for instance GM can mark up a percentage in price just enough to make a profit and at the same time pay back the 5,000 back to the government and at the same time have the consumer get a mark down of 5,000. Plus have a no payment on loans for 1-year. But now where in a situation where our tax dollars are paying for GM massive multi billion dollar debt. The're not going out of business no time soon cause our government going to make sure out tax dollars will keep them afloat.

Poll: my idea is better or worse than the government?

Your idea gives control to the consumer, this is antithetical to the raining thought clouds in power.
All tax breaks and reductions to taxpayers only empower individuals to spend more, that's not what the government is trying to accomplish.
