Thanks again guys!!! Still nothing on the button & yes it does have a date 1868-1918 with the eagle on shield. As far as the objects with hearts, they are actually old buckle covers :hello:
 

Great finds all the way around.

I really like the insurance bumper tag. I've only found one, and it was a radiator badge (when radiators were still on the OUTSIDE of the car).


Here's mine - pre 1937.
