Did not get chance to post this find last night when I got in, I found this wheat penny, lead weight and several modern clad coins in the park near where I found the sliver ring and the mercury dime over the Labor Day weekend. The penny is a 1953 (D) it is toasted out, I found it about three minutes after starting to swing the detector. It was about 4” down right at base of a huge pine tree. Also found the lead weight not far away. The park is a beautiful park that runs alone the side of the Tennessee River near my home. I keep expecting that park to get hunted out but it keeps on giving surprise’s.

(I hit the back of the penny with my Raptor digging tool).
