So on a few posts back in August/September 2017 I was running sand through classifiers in a swimming hole. All of the finds were kept, actually if I don't know what it is I keep it until I do. Today I was sorting all of it into buckets to eventually scrap. Iron, lead, copper and brass.
So in the bottom of the bucket with all the small birdshot, bullets, and sinkers I found a 14k pendant loop that broke when I bent it, a sterling charm from a bracelet, and 11 cents.
Just goes to show myself how much I really didn't know when I first started....and that makes me realise how much I still don't know.
