The Sheriff Dept Gave Me A Call .

I was drinking my morning coffee the other day when the phone rang -I answered - It was a detective from the local Sheriff dept. , My blood pressure rose a bit , then he said that there was a "car verses deer"
down the road from me and would I like to have the deer - I said sure . He helped me load it in my truck .

I'm a licensed clam digger and we hired the Sheriff Dept. to check our flats for poachers - he got my name off the list of diggers in town .

I no nothing about how to cut up a deer , so I brought it to my friend who is a hunter and offered him half if cut it up - he said sure . He ended up giving us most of it because he all ready has a freezer full .

Wow, That worked out well. The deer's meat was never wasted and you got some free meat. Let me know how it tastes I have not had and venison except for some smoked venison from the mall (I know, I cheated )
