I think this deserves a story. :icon_scratch:

Nice find. ???

No story required! it was easy just send a check to the mint and they in return send you this kind of stuff. Anyone can do it!

It was good coming home and finding this package on the front steps waiting for me!

I certainly hope that you live way out in the country somewhere! That package would have lasted about 5 minutes on my steps!

HH,
Moon

P.S. They are beautiful coins.....Congrats!

I had them mark the package "USED CONDOMS" no one touched it!. Now I got them safe in the bank deposit box so I can sleep at night!

I've been looking for the U.S. Mint page that they sell the walkers on, I can't seem to find it. Any help is appreciated.

Get...som, Thanks for putting that site up. The gold chart indicates that if
somone bought gold at the high ($2,176 oz) in 1980 the investment today
would be worth under half it's value then.

Siilver prices of that era were in freefall after the Hunt's fiasco, it seemed the
price per oz stuck around $7 for quite a while. If one had bought a load of
silver at it's high point $55 or so the investment would have been a dud too.

These experts that are quoted all have much to gain if their prophesies
would somhow come true.

Your pal,

I heard that the laws regarding (USA) Bank deposit boxes had changed. It might pay you to ask your bank some questions.
1. How long can I leave this here?
2. Can the bank/Govt. access my deposit box after 7 years?
I did see some warnings about changes to deposit box laws which I would be wary of. In fact there is no way I would put anything into a Bank safety deposit box.
Get yourself a decent safe. At least you can take a look at your treasures from time to time.
I wish I could find the article to refer you to...... Maybe it was in a Nexus Magazine?
