I continued with my lucky silver streak today. Mixed it up a little and hunted a 1930's school and football field the closed over 20 years ago. I plucked a nice 1942 dime,1944 nickel and a 1941 wheat penny. I also found a cool button that I believe to be off a band uniform. Not sure of the age but guessing it has a few years on it. Also found my 1st Chinese coin that I don't what year its form as I don't read Chinese but a neat find none the less. Last but not least $1.97 in clad AKA beer money. Thank you for looking and good luck on your next treasure hunting adventure.

I found that same button
Nice

Japan 5 Yen. If I'm reading it right, Year 36 (1961). Nice finds!

Congratulations on keeping the silver streak alive. I say you need to duplicate Cal Ripken's consecutive record.

Great finds! Thanks for sharing...

Nice finds, like that button..

Showa 36 (昭和 三十六) would be 1961.

This particular 5 yen coin is Heisei 3 (平成 三) 1991.
They minted 517,120,000

Thanks. I knew I was having some problems reading this one. I wasn't really sure. Thanks for straightening that out!

Very nice silver... again...

I can hardly wait to see what you get when the AT Pro settles in. GL&HH.

No Prob Dave!
it's rare that I should have any info for all the Brain Children on TNet, so thanks for the opportunity.
The current emperor could kick the bucket any day or hang on another five years or so. We will soon be dealing with a new, and only the third emperor era since well before WWII.
