Are these Tring Wheel celtic coins only rare in gold, or are they rare in silver too?

I have never seen a silver one ....

Well, I just double checked my tiny silver Celtic unit coin-- on the reverse side from the horse, there is a tiny "sun" blob with spoke-like rays coming out from it. But unlike these picture gold staters, it is not enclosed in a thick circle or "wheel"
