This was actually yesterday's finds but we were quite busy. Sorry no pics on this one, at least not yet. All I managed was one wheatie but at the last moment, she pulled out a small silver. It was the sterling backing to something and it was military related. In this permission, we have found a lot of military stuff from WWII including dogtags that we returned to the families. I had also found a sterling silver Rifle Marksmanship Medal missing the backings. So she found one of the two backings to it. Right after she found it, I had a hammering hit down deep and just knew that it was big silver, nope, an old FORD emblem. Anyways, hopefully we will find the other backing. it does have military info on the back.
