Oh what I'd give to get into that community to MD.
That"s been a playground for the rich and famous for over 150 years. Currently has the super money from NYC including athletes. I think Opra owned a house in their once.
Someone new buys in, they tear down the old 4000 sq " cottage and build a new one.
I couldn't find this guys cottage on a 1903 map. His million dollar home probably wasn't big enough. Poor guy.
