Well, I already posted the great little crotel bell I found the other day, although the title says Crowell bell and I can’t change it. Here’s the rest of what I found where they are building some houses in some woods where in the past I have found lots of great stuff, civil war and just plain old. Not sure if the tiny button is anything or not. It seems to have a little crown at the top of that loop. Not sure what else I’m looking at on it.

Anyone know now what the wooden handled hook tool is? It looks familiar but I can’t place it.
I also found a little silvered clip with a bit of leather still in it. The copper piece is marked Tiffany but I don’t know what it is either, I t’s pretty smooshed. Got a pretty large iron loop too that I guess is part of an ox plow part or something. Also got a nice little bridle buckle and some harmonica reed. The Crotel bell was my favorite find as its fully intact with the clacker and makers marks that I was able to look up. Thanks for looking.

Ha, I guess I inadvertently took it from one of the workers working on that foundation. It was under dirt though so I guess someone laid it down and it got covered later.
