This Was the First Time I Ever Found 2 Silver Halves on The Same Day!

Wow! What a hunt today! I dug out a 1917-S Walking liberty half dollar out of an old park! About 5 hours later I dug a 1958-D Franklin
half from a median strip! In 30 years of hunting I never found two silver halves on the same day! Also dug out a 1945-P silver nickel, 8 wheat
pennies, and a 1921 dog tag. Yesterday I dug 3 silver dimes and some more wheaties! So its been an awesome couple of days!

I'd say that was a great couple of days. I've only dug 2 halves and '73 is the oldest, still waiting for silver ones to show their faces.

Awesome hunts! Two Halves in one day is something special! I did it earlier this summer with a Walker & Franklin as well. I thought I would never pull two in the same hunt and dug them back to back within 15' of each other. Big Congrats on your halves and other great finds! That dog tag is a nice old one too.
