This weekend's Xmas boxes w/a nice surprise from Good Ol' St. Nick - my 2nd '50D
I got myself some boxes to search for the weekend and so far I've found some keepers in each one. I just finished my nickel box that I started late last night and it sure had a few nice goodies including a buffalo, some silver & a '50D (a trifecta). I even found one of the silver nic's ('42S) and the '50D in the same roll. That's now my 2nd '50D nic I've found in the past 2 months - although the one I found late last night (Xnas eve just after midnight) isn't nearly as nice (probably G/VG) as the '50D I found in Oct - but I'm sure not complaining. I've still got 1 cent box left to search this weekend but here's my results so far:
Dime box 1:

1 - '83 Bermuda (ender in 1st roll)

1 - '57 Rosie
Dime box 3 (my 1st 3 keeper dime box):

I also got a '52D BF ( a true silver bell) from $3.50 in loose halves on Friday which was my 100th 90% silver half since I started keeping track of my finds on 9-1-11.
