Thoughts on large piece?

I found these two pieces together Wednesday. Wasn't sure if the larger piece could be a scraper or tool or just a big piece of flint? Thoughts? Sorry the pictures aren't the greatest.

Not sure that's flint but I believe I see where a few flakes were driven off the larger piece in pic2.

Thanks Tdog, it's black Kanawha chert, it's the only native chert/flint we have in WV. I was hoping it was more than just a large piece,lol

Where can I look for some of this chert? I’ve been working in Charleston for several months now. Also heard of some chert in greenbrier county where I live
