Thoughts on this one i got lately

I picked up this large glass water container from a local friend with the name Forbes System and safe water embossed on it. has a ground top but can't find any info on it. from the color i thought it could be something that Gayners glass in Salem would have made back around the turn of the century,i see no makings on the bottom,looks to be 5 maybe 6 gallon size, thanks in advance for any info.

That's a really cool find. According to this 1913 ads, it looks to be part of an early drinking water sterilization system from Forbes Co of Philadelphia:
