My wife always watches this "real housewife's" show and I can't even stand to listen to it. I could have watched MNF Seahawks-Lions downstairs, but did enjoy listening to it on the radio as I cruised the nearby thrift stores around before they all close at 9PM. I found some interesting things. First this casting of a pair of Dachshund dogs. I'm not sure of the metal and it's not pewter, but harder and heaver and nicely detailed. That I gave $1.49 on. Next I find this pair of old brass candlesticks for $4.99 each (love the old patina they have). They have a mark of WT&S, plus a little mark of a Sun. I find these are made in England by an old casting company known as William Tonks & Sons and they're over a 100 years old. The money maker I find is this Ladies Swiss made stainless wristwatch by Raymond Weil for $7.99. It needs a battery, but it'll sell for a nice margin as is. I'll need to have the jeweler open and install the bat, as it has one of those ultra tight fit backs. Don't want to hack it up any.

I had a nice watch and the Jeweler scratched the back and did not tell me. So, show the jeweler that there are no scratches on the watch, take a Picture in the store, and when it is returned to you look at it again.

Good find mate. I also bought a nice watch from the thrift for $5 USD and it turned out to be a brand new nice Military diving watch.
Just remember to save some for us!
