Kinda warm this afternoon, actually down right hot, like 82 degrees! I met up with Pat and Mark and we got in a couple hours hunting. I dug a few bullets one was a big ole hunk of lead. It was a 72 caliber fired three ringer. Man that's a big bullet!. I also dug a Police Button, I didn't realize it until I cleaned it. I also dug a part of a shoulder scale early in the hunt. The Police button is old, not sure how old but it looks like a CW era button. Good luck to all this weekend

You are the second memeber in the last couple of weeks that has found a piece of a shoulder scale....Eppulette(sp?)...Congrats on the cool finds!
 
That police button is cool. Would like to see some more pics of it. Makers Markings?? The history would be interesting too. Maybe you can find some more about it
