Thursday's hunt with my Bro.
My Brother stopped by and wanted to do some hunting. We decided to hit a nearby playground and ball field. I went to turn my XLT on and got nothing. This is the first time that has happened. It seems like I had a little moisture inside the screen part of my detector. I took it apart and let it lay in the sun for an hour. I walked around the river and picked up copper wire and aluminum scraps. I put the detector screen back together and stuck the battery in and it turned on. I'm glad, I thought I ruined it. The coin totals for the day were 15 pennies, 15 cents clad, 1 wheat, small gun and a brass plate with 421 on it. I'm sure this is railroad related. It was not a very productive day but I got to hang with my Bro so it was a good day. Thanks for looking! DD.
