Sweet pile O treasure! I hate that..getting permission and doing great, then, get outta here... At least you got some keepers.

Outstanding old coin hunt! :occasion14:

Congrats on the great digs! Multiple silvers in one hunt are good ones. I'm had a similar experience in getting kicked off a property....some decades back I asked permission to walk a corn field for points...had two of my youngins with me....stopped, got permission from the old farmer, spent a few hours and found a few things. Out of the blue his adult son comes screaming at us, practically foaming at the mouth, to get off his land...I explained the situation, but when we got back up to the barn the father denied he ever gave us permission. People can be turds.

pretty darn awesome! and very good to manage to find what you did, you know that there has to be more there. you never know, stranger things have happened and you might get to hunt it again some day.

Great hunt Cjon, I have never gotten 7 silvers in a hunt, most of them are really nice too, especially the two Barbers, wtg on the wheats & Indians too, congrats on the saves & HH

A shame that they pulled your permission, but that is one heck of a haul for the time you had- Congrats!

Congrats. Looks like you probably got most of it anyway.

Great finds , congrats ! I've had that happen to me when the owner said I could hunt but the son and daughter in law didn't want me there.I think I got 30 minutes before being kicked out !

That's really impressive. Wouldn't think there are that many coins left in NE PA. grin

Awesome!!!! Congrats!!!

Man, that really sucks that they kicked you out, but I think sometimes elderly people aren't exactly sure what metal detecting actually entails. Things like that are why I have practically quit metal detecting. Permissions are just so hard to find today with all the criminals and malice toward older and innocent people. You just can't trust anyone anymore. Congrats on the finds.

Good job thats great for 2 hours too bad it got revoked always another permission

yeah that's ok though, I understand why she made us leave. Her brothers are co owners and they didn't want us there. We cleaned up some good coinage in the short time we were there

thanks! I wouldn't mind going back but I can tell that the current owner/owners won't let us.

thanks! Hard to beat these 2 hours, and the place is literally like 2 minutes from my house!

Congrats. Looks like you probably got most of it anyway.
thanks toasted! We only covered about a quarter of the property though

Thanjs Dave, sucks cause this place was loaded, and never hit! We only covered about 1/4 of it and we did it quickly. I'm sure there's way more there! But I get why the brothers wanted us to leave, oh well...

Good job thats great for 2 hours too bad it got revoked always another permission
thanks, that's the plan!

Nice hunt! At least you salvaged a nice haul before getting ousted.

Nice permission. You did well for a couple of hours.

Great hunt. Congratulations
