Christi from Tesoro has kept me informed. my TS is on the way back. i have been so sad not having my detector. so i think i will buy a sand shark for the 1715 fleet hunting during hurricane season this year and to work with the Fishers next year as a sub. thank you very much Tesoro for the support. b

Rusty the service manager called with the 411 of what happened. i now can call Tesoro and ask for two humans by name. this is unbelievable. i have Rusty's' cell phone number. he talked to me for 15 min while his buds loaded his trailer with re-bar for a footing! if you are thinking of buying a awesome detector, and would like to have customer service like you were a good friend of the owner, one word folks "Tesoro"!. thanks Rusty! thanks Christi! you are the best!
