🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Tiny button (?) with Fleur de Lis?

Two pieces. Front has a fleur de lis-like design. Back seems to say “Made France” and there are some other letters I can’t read. In the pix, I’m noticing remnants of red paint. any ideas?
