It was not compatible with the update, from what I hear. I don't use cell phones but it's been posted here that you can bookmark TN from your phone browser, and make a shortcut from there.

App isn't compatible with new software, in fact, the developer hasn't supported it in years.

You can use your phone's browsers to access TNet, TNet is designed to run well on smart devices. You can also use a phone browser as a PC by turning on the PC option on the phone when you access Tnet.
