Well was in a cabin in sevierville over the weekend had small creek coming off the mountain above walked around property and found a large amount of quartz rock and even veins running thru a lot of rocks but only found 1 piece of wire gold in creek but all in all it was a nice trip

Sounds like you're near the source of the gold. "Wire" gold is rare and highly sought after for type specimens.
