No. Unless they are key dates, they are in decent but ordinary condition. Being graded and slabbed isn't cheap! Probably cost more than the coins are worth.

Yes; both are Variety 1 (no stars under the eagle). At worse, IMO you'll get a grade in value equal to or greater than the cost. However, I'd submit only one first; then, based on that response either submit the other or pass. Either way, Variety 1s are great pieces for any collection.
