To the Waterbury CT glutton

I went to TD in waterbury CT and had a hard time getting CWR from them due to a large volume CRHer dumping weekly at the same place he gets the coins from. How some of you dont think this is a problem is beyond comprehension.

MY low impact system enables me to get coins at a number of TD without penny machines and dump at least once a week [sometimes twice] at about 20 TDs with pennys for almost 2 years now and I havnt even seen a raised eyebrow.

lol i went to all the TDs in waterbury and cant remember which , actually i went to all the banks in waterbury but it was a TD without a penny.
