find was in a school yard of all places.
near the parking section.
here is a top shot, going to take it to work with me and run it under the magnifying glass
and see if i can make out the inside markings.

Did you check to see if the diamond was real? If not take it to any jewelry store they should have a diamond tester it takes about 5 seconds to see if it's real all diamonds give off heat and that's what they test for. Good luck and let us now what the outcome is!

I just looked at your pic closer and it looks like the diamond is real if I read the marking correctly it looks like it says .60k which should indicate the k wt.

worth about $500.00 to a $1000.00 easy. Great find!!!

A very nice looking ring, even if it turns out to be CZ. Can't tell but it looks like CZ or something like that stamped inside. Nice digging man!

had the ring checked and cleaned today.. the sucker glitters
well anyhow.
it is CZ with a silver band,
the jeweler listed it as a $99 retail cost ring
so probably $20
or 50cents and back into the gumball machine it goes

but I'm still stoked .. it proves to me there there is stuff to be found..
just a mater of time and place..

Yikes! The size of that stone nearly blinded me. So it's not a diamond this time, but still a cool find.
