Today I finally found my 1st Barber dime!!!!!

I went back out to the woods where Twistidd found his pocket spill and started detecting along the path. All last year I was hoping to find a Barber dime but I never did, so this year I made it my mission to find one!!! LOL Last year I found a Barber quarter but I couldn't find a dime to save my life. I also found a super sharp Merc too, this makes 5 silvers for me for 2009!!! I also found 2 Wheaties, some clad, shotgun shell, and some other junk. I also found 2 Pepsi bottles & a coke bottle but they were the kind where the letters were painted on so I stashed them just in case I want to go back and get them later. Not too shabby for a few hours of work. I hope everyone got a chance to get out and do some diggin!!!

Hey TF, i liked the video. i have been detecting for nine years and still don't have a Barber dime, i am jinxed on them. i have been on a dry streak until today, i found a 1839 0 Seated dime, my 7th Seated coin. Congrats on the Barber.

Very cool, amazing what some of us find all the time and some cant pull one out to save our lives, i have many first yet to come. my most common find belive it or not is 66 rayed nickles, I got 4 of them. Cant seem to find a 2 center or a 3 cent silver, (actually have a 3 cent nickle) I guess none of us can complain.
GREAT FIND AND A GREAT HUNT!!!!!!!!!
