Box #2 was just the opposite....

1-Foreign?? that I can't identify.

Good for you Lejeuene,I searched $742.00 and found one 1965.
I think they must have moved all the silver here in Wisconsin down by you.

In case you don't already know, the Irish coin is a penny, apparently the size of the English penny of that period. (Note the 1d on the face of the coin, which identifies its value. The letter "d", which signified a penny for hundreds of years, derives from the Roman denarius, which was typically minted in silver and was the standard monetary unit of late antiquity, analogous to the dollar of today.) I believe it's bronze, like the English penny; it's value is probably slight indeed. Interesting, but likely not worth the fifty cents you paid for it.
