Today's find: 1935 Series A Silver Certificate Yellow Seal
So I was digging around in a junk drawer in the house my grandfather used to own, and I found what I thought was a gold certificate when I saw the seal, but then realized that it was a silver certificate from North Africa that was issued during WWII. I believe the seal was a different color so that if large quantities fell into enemy hands, they couldn't redeem them for silver.
