We can't hunt ANY parks in Maryland.

You may want to check with each individual MD park. Because we are only 32 miles north of the MD border so I hunt a couple State Parks and a few local parks with no problem. The Sandy Point MD State Park is home to some of the largest organized metal detecting hunts in the mid Atlantic Region. I was just at Elk Neck State Park in North East MD just a couple weeks ago. What I did was call the park and talked to the rangers station before even deciding to go there. I checked for permission and policies. The Parks policy is you are allowed to hunt the entire park. I had the person's name and the time we talked just in case. When I did see a ranger they just asked if I was finding anything. If you check this website you will see MD parks are available:
