Today's finds...Could use some help ID'ing a coin

Hey everyone,

Did a quick hunt at an abandoned railroad site today and did okay. I pulled a 1908 V nickel,1917 wheatie, and some sort of middle eastern coin??? Not sure what it is so help would be much appreciated on it's origin/year. Also got a friendship charm and a bag seal that reads R.C. Co. Gloucester,MA.
Thanks for looking and happy hunting out there! :sunny:

The top image shows the 'heads' side of the coin; rotate it 180 degrees for proper alignment. The design is that of a signature dipped in ink and using three fingers. It's called a 'tugra' and each Sultan had a distinctive 'signature'. The coin was issued during the time of the Ottoman Dynasty. Yes, in the land of Turkey today, so named after the establishment of the Republic of Turkey in 1923.
