Todays finds, first silver, 3 CW bullets, and 3 tokens!!

Went out with Gribnitz today and found my first silver ever! A 1917 D (obverse) Half Dollar!! Also found 3 tokens in the same area as the coin and 3 Civil War bullets. The tokens have the following on them:

Token 1
Side 1: advertising keeneys refresh mints
Side 2: good for 5c in trade

Token 2
Side 1: good for amusment only
Side 2: no cash value

Token 3
side 1: good for 5c in trade
side 2: 14902

I also found enough shot gun shells to start a dump! It was a great day nothing like good finds to make the day feel warmer!!

Lol, no but Oberkill gave me a big wedgie on finds for that day. At least I can say he didn't skunk me. I found some crusty nickel. Think its an 1884 V nickel, but the date is hard to read.

I gave Ober the big power wedgie today, so I can call it even now. Found a couple dimes.

Yep we are even for this weekend! We had a pretty good weekend actually. 1 Walker half, 3 tokens, 3 CW bullets, 1884 V nickel, and 2 barber dimes between the 2 us. We need to keep that up!
