Did little detecting in morning before had run in afternoon at my brothers house that was my childhood home, not that much good sept the coins lot of trash or scrap was happy for a nickel from 1940d mint i a lot of change throw out the years detecting it and it always surprising me that thay keep coming out of the ground i did berred a tin when i was a kid with old coins wheaties and others ill find it some day i hope :skullflag::lunchbox: i forgot that i found this 50s to 60s Hawaiian fred fishing lure i had it in my scrap and trash bag and today was going throw it glad i found it nice one!!!!

great finds, I look at digging clad as practice for the better stuff. I also really like ice cream so the clad gets used for that quite ofteb

Thanks im waiting till end of year then cash them in mabe up grade for bigger coil or small one not shur yet see what the year brings me

Nicely done,, a 5 x 8 coil will help separate the good targets from the trash.

Thank i was thinking of getting that size just wasn't shur i was going to go smaller but seems to be the right coil to use in trashy areas ill most likely get one

I was still getting wheat pennies and Mercury dimes at 9 or 10 inches. The smaller coil will make it easier to separate good signals from trash signals that are close to each other. It is also easier to pinpoint with the 5 X 8 coil.
