Today's Finds

Hea guy & gals i got out today for a few hours to check
out a old school yard that has not been used since the
mid 70's. I found 1- 1978-D washington Quarter and a
1975 Roosevelt dime was all the coins, also found 1- ladies
compact and a bunch of pulltabs. The coins had a redish tint
on them prior too cleaning them w/ Aluminum Jelly and a
soft brass brush, it took like 40 minutes to remove the
redish hugh after the dirt had been removed.

It's good that you got out. . . around here there's still 8" of snow and at least 3" of frost down under.

They sure don't make coins like they used too. . . a lot of the ones I find around here look the same. . . I just throw mine them in a bucket :P

It is always nice to get out and feed the addiction. It is even better to go out and to recover something too!
